Welcome to Unicorn Media Group LLC (“Unicorn Media,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application (the “App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration: To participate in fantasy stock trading events, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the App: (a) The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. (b) The App and its fantasy trading events do not involve real money, securities, or financial investments. All activities are for entertainment purposes only. (c) You agree not to:

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security.
- Use any automated systems (e.g., bots, scripts) to access the Services.

4. Fantasy Events: (a) Public Events: These are online events where users compete against other players. (b) Private Events: These are closed events hosted with friends or selected participants. (c) All trades, rankings, and results in fantasy events are virtual and do not reflect actual market performance or involve real money.

5. Intellectual Property: The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Unicorn Media or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

6. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unicorn Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
